Terms of Service
1. General Terms
- Welcome to Woofington House! By booking with me, you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- Let’s make sure your furry friend has a paw-some stay!
2. Booking and Payment
- To secure your booking, I ask for a non-refundable deposit of 20%.
- The full payment is due when you drop off your doggie.
- I accept bank transfer or PayPal for your convenience.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Need to cancel? Please let me know as soon as possible.
- Unfortunately, cancellations after the boarding start date are non-refundable.
4. Health and Vaccinations
- Your pup needs to be up-to-date on vaccinations (rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and kennel cough) to stay.
- Please bring proof of vaccination; only healthy, parasite-free dogs can stay at Woofington’s.
5. Behavior and Temperament
- I love all dogs, but we can’t accept those with aggressive or dangerous behavior.
- Your dog should be friendly and enjoy the company of other people.
6. Drop-Off and Pick-Up
- Drop-off and pick-up times are by appointment – let’s stick to the schedule!
- A late pick-up fee of £10 per hour will apply if your doggie isn’t picked up on time.
7. Liability
- I take great care of my guests, but can’t be held responsible for any illness, injury, or loss during their stay.
- If your dog causes any damage to the property, you’ll be responsible for the costs.
8. Emergency Care
- If there’s a medical emergency, I’ll try to reach you or your emergency contact right away.
- If we can’t reach you, we’ll get your dog the best vet care possible, and you’ll cover the costs.
9. Personal Belongings
- Feel free to bring your dog’s favorite items (bedding, toys), but I can’t guarantee their safety.
10. Photos and Media
- I love taking photos and videos of my guests for promotional purposes. If you’d prefer me not to, just let me know.
